We offer over 50 micro-credential courses, created in partnership with Asia Pacific College (APC) and National University (NU) – both recognized as CHED Centers of Excellence – and our trusted certification partners. We encourage our partners to invest in their existing workforce by providing essential skills for success in the evolving economy. You can do this through two key initiatives: sponsoring upskilling programs, and creating potential job opportunities within your company.

Upskilling Existing Employees

Objective

Boost productivity, address underemployment, encourage promotions within your company.

Training Types

Upskilling for your current employees with over 50 customizable industry-standard courses. Option to co-develop courses tailored to your specific needs.

Training Delivery

HyFlex setup using your company facilities or at NU-APC campuses, offering flexibility in training.

Timeline

Each course typically spans 54 hours, with flexible scheduling options.

Certifications

Employees will earn badges from NU-APC, enhancing their professional credentials.

Professional Discounts

Discounted rates on professional certifications from AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, and more.

Training Costs

SM and SM Foundation are not soliciting donations. As a partner, your company will be responsible for funding the training of your employees or unemployed Filipinos (near- hires) whom you may wish to hire post-training.

Option for Tax- Deductible Training Expenses

If your company prefers to make the training expenses tax-deductible, you can channel the training budget as a donation to SM Foundation. In this case, SM Foundation will issue a Certificate of Donation, which you can use to claim a full (100%) tax deduction.

Objective

Enhance employability through onboarding or pre-employment training, preparing potential hires for integration into your workforce.

Training Types

Onboarding for new hires or training potential employees without a hiring commitment, with over 50 customizable courses available or the option to co-develop specific programs.

Training Delivery
