The SM J.O.B.S. advocacy provides a venue for Filipino talents and companies to meet, match, and grow through frequent job fairs in various SM Malls nationwide. Additionally, through upskilling programs, the initiative seeks to enhance the professional development of the workforce, equipping them with the necessary skills and capabilities to succeed and grow in their careers. This initiative is undertaken in partnership with government and industry associations. This advocacy is SM’s commitment to nation-building and fostering a globally competitive Filipino workforce.
